Jill J. Johnson receives the Established Woman Award from the Minnesota Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners

Minneapolis, MN – Jill Johnson, president of Johnson Consulting Services, has received the Established Woman Award from the Minnesota Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO). Representing the issues and concerns of women-owned businesses at the national, state and local levels, the 35 year old Minnesota chapter of NAWBO gave a total of twenty awards to women members at an awards ceremony held at the Hyatt Hotel on April 16th, 2010.

The Established Woman Award is given to exemplary women business owners who have proven mettle to build a strong, sustainable company. Winners of this award must own their own business for a minimum of five years. They must also possess the skills, talent and leadership ability to maintain and guide her company for years to come.

Jennifer Brigham, president of the Minnesota Chapter said, “Jill Johnson was selected for this award because she has demonstrated extraordinary leadership and influence by selling her professional services to sophisticated clients located throughout the nation over more than two decades. Accomplishing such a feat requires not only a high level of expertise but also a high level of business acumen.”
