While high school students often struggle with their choice of careers, Jill J. Johnson had no doubt that she wanted to become a management consultant. Well before she could drive a car, Jill was helping post entries in the general ledger of her family’s business and learning about entrepreneurship through the Junior Achievement program.
After earning Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at Drake University, Jill joined a consulting firm in her native Twin Cities in 1984 and—in another unusual move for someone only 24 years old—became active with Minneapolis SCORE.
